To Get an IVANS Account
An IVANS account is an electronic mailbox used to hold your agency's customer policy information from your carrier during a download. Accounts are created by IVANS and you need one to receive downloads.
To get an IVANS account:
- Contact a carrier that you would like to provide you with downloads. The carrier will submit your information to IVANS and a mailbox will be set up for your agency.
- After you receive your IVANS account, contact the rest of your carriers and provide them with your account information to begin receiving downloads from your carriers. Ask each carrier to send an initial download to your IVANS mailbox.
- Set up your downloads in Agency Advantage.
