Texting from within Agency Advantage

To Send a Text from within Agency Advantage:

 

A Text button has been added to the Customer Folder Header.

  • Click the text button
    • (This opens the Text Message entry screen and allows you to send a text message)  You no longer need to know the customers carrier for the cell number.
  • Fill out the information for the text, then click Send

Text messages that have been sent can be found under the new Text Message Tab in the Customer Folder.  This tab displays all SMS text messages sent.

 

 

****Setup for emailing*****

First you need to make sure your email is setup in AA.

Setup/User Setup/ Select the CSR/Email

Second, you will need to give your CSRs permissions for texting and emailing.
