Managing Prospects

In The Agency Advantage, you are able to manage prospective customers by entering X-Dates.  

A prospect is an account, having no active policies, where a current x-date has been entered.   A prospect will be denoted by the blue PROSPECT label in the upper left corner of the Customer Folder.

The X-date can be entered under the X-dates tab within the Customer Folder.

You have the ability to filter your search results in Customer Lookup so that only active, inactive or prospective accounts appear.  

The X-Date Listing will give you a report based on the expiration dates entered.   This report can be filtered by CSR, location, line of business or referral source.  You can access the X-Date Listing from the menu by choosing Reports/ Marketing then X-Date Listing.
